Return and Refund Policy

These are Vogue Type’s standard return and refund policies, applicable only to items purchased directly from www.voguetype.com. If you require a return or refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and other relevant information so that we can promptly process your request.

Order not delivered

If the package has not yet been delivered to your address, you only need to send us an email to easily cancel the order. If the package is already in transit, simply refuse to accept it when it arrives.

1. Unshipped order
Please email us immediately with your order number or shipping address, and we will issue a refund promptly.

2. Order shipped
If your order has already been shipped, please email us immediately with your order number or shipping address. Since we are unable to recall packages once they are in transit, please refuse to accept the package upon delivery. Once the package has begun to be returned, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fee.

Order delivered

If the package has been delivered to your address, please contact us within 30 days to request a return, refund or exchange, but you must comply with the following requirements. All returns and refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Eligible circumstances include

  • Receipt of damaged, soiled, or defective products.
  • Receipt of products that do not match the color, size, or other specifications specified in your order and product description.
  • Receipt of products you do not like, provided that the product remains in its original condition and packaging.

Non-eligible circumstances include

  • Packages received more than 30 days ago.
  • Products not purchased from www.voguetype.com.
  • Products intentionally damaged.
  • Returned products not in their original condition and packaging.
  • Products lost during the return process. We recommend choosing a traceable shipping method when returning packages.

Please note

  • Regardless of the reason for returning the package, you are responsible for paying all return shipping fees upfront.
  • Ensure that we receive the returned package within 60 days.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the package with no issues, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
  • If we receive products that do not meet the return conditions, we will inquire whether you want the products returned to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return shipping fee

  • Package not delivered

a. Unshipped order
You are not required to bear any shipping costs.

b. Order shipped
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for our website’s Trackable Shipping option. For orders with free delivery, we will deduct this fee from the total order amount.

  • Package delivered

If you receive incorrect or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you prefer an exchange, we will send you new products directly, and you are not required to return the original products or cover the shipping costs for the new package.

If you receive products in good condition but do not like them, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

The Return Merchandise Authorization Process
If you wish to request a return, refund, or exchange, please follow the steps below after understanding the above requirements to initiate the return or exchange process.

 1. Get Return Merchandise Authorization

Please send an email to [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. The email should include the following information: your order number, reason for return, photos of the received product, and instructions for the desired return or exchange.

 2. Exchange or return

    After obtaining the Return Merchandise Authorization, please return the product to the correct address. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please provide the tracking number for the return, as we will not be responsible for any lost returns.

    b. Get refund
    We will process the refund within 1-3 business days upon receiving the returned package. Once the refund is completed, we will also send a notification email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you used a PayPal account for payment, you will receive the refund immediately. If you used a debit card or credit card for payment, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your issuing bank.
