Simply click on the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page. The sidebar cart will automatically open, allowing you to add or remove products. Once you’ve verified your selection, proceed to the checkout page where you’ll enter your shipping address and payment information. We’ll take care of the rest. Note: If there are different attributes to choose from on the product page, such as color and size, please carefully select the correct options before adding it to your cart.

Please email us immediately and include your order number or shipping address in the email. This will allow us to locate your order in our system and update your email address. Please note: If the incorrect email address is not updated, you will not receive order confirmation emails and tracking numbers for your package. Similarly, if you have entered the wrong shipping address, you can also contact us to make corrections.

All our transactions are based on USD. If your bank card uses a different currency, your order amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the issuing bank on the day.

Our payment method is PayPal, and we accept various credit cards and debit cards through PayPal.

Our website uses SSL encrypted connections, and your payment will be securely processed by PayPal. We do not store any of your banking information.

Unless otherwise specified, only one discount can be used per order. Free shipping promotions are not affected, and free shipping can still be enjoyed if the total amount after the discount meets the criteria.

Our website and services are based in English, so all information you input should be in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English letters, we recommend using similar English letters.

We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after submission. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

You can find the tracking number and tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. You can also log in to your account to monitor the progress of your order. Additionally, you can contact us at any time to check the status of your order. Please note that due to the processing time of the carrier, logistics information may take 1-5 business days to display.

Packages to the United States typically arrive within 6-16 business days.
Packages to other countries and regions usually arrive within 8-20 business days.
If you have not received your package after 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.

  • Unshipped order

Please email us immediately with your order number or shipping address, and we will issue a refund promptly.

  • Order shipped

If your order has already been shipped, please email us immediately with your order number or shipping address. Since we are unable to recall packages once they are in transit, please refuse to accept the package upon delivery. Once the package has begun to be returned, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fee.

Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package, and we will send you a new package or issue a refund according to your preference.

If you have not received your package after 30 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us for a new shipment or a refund. Please note: Holidays are not included in this timeframe.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package and provide your order number and reason for return. We will review your return request, and if approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

We will process the refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned package. Once the refund is completed, we will also send a notification email.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a PayPal account, you will receive the refund immediately. If you paid with a debit card or credit card, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your issuing bank.
